Su- 27 and Mig 29 growth capabilities

with this topic i would sumarize the improvements of the flanker and Fulcrum also, as the tecnology putted on them new capabilties.
I mean radars, computers, weapons, engines, structure.
Rougly all it has said already in many topics but in a more ordered manner.

As example, what were the improvemnts in the Chinese or Indian flankers respect to the originals?

Often i hear that the russian fighters are left behind the developement or the improvement by the western fighters (already better fitted), but if we evalue the improvement of the radar and-or the main computer and-or the ECM internal we could already sa that a flanker or a fulcrum C with:
Pastel RWR, Gardenja ECm, latest type of computer N001, eventually AA 12 could be better a lot from the beginnings. Even a single of these improvements could make the difference (sure, if the aircraft isn’t almost totally with the avionic KO like seems happened with the serbian Mig 29s).
About this what is the situation with the AA-12 today? when it entered in service?
