Su-27 Flanker

Hi all

I was wondering the situation about the current Su-27. I mean it has no multimode radar, no “top of the line” in service missiles, poor man-machine interface, poor processing power…
With all advanced fighters coming into service, example the Eurocanards, Blk 50/60 F-16s, F-15K/T and others advanced ones. All have(or will have) modern multimode radars, advanced processors and very good man-machine interface. Is the Su-27 suitable for these kind of “threats”?

I don’t mean the Su-30MK family because sure they are suitable. I mean specifically the Flanker-B fighter plane.
