There was an article on acig comparing Su-27 with MiG 29. The author of the article noted that the famed maneuverability of the Su-27 cannot be realized with fuel load.
Has this problem been ratified in latest versions that feature unstable controllability paradigm, Digital FBW and thrust vectoring, or the problem still persists.
