Su-27 vs F-15

Please compare the latest Su-27 Flanker upgrade with the latest F-15 Eagle upgrade. I would like to know which would would be better in A2A role vs each other.

Let’s just say it is 1v1, no AWACS, equally trained pilots, lets just compare the aircraft’s performance on paper in general.

Also consider that the both aircraft carry the same missile. Let’s just consider the aircraft’s avionics and performance, not it’s weapons.
