Su-35 have won in all levels according to analyses by FAB officials. Mirage 2000Br got second place. The problems have just started. Embraer are not consider its loss on the contest and the lobby to not materialise the purchase of the Flanker is huge and recently the cancellation is an enormous possibility.
This is sad, is all about politics rather than technical.
