SU-35 , how will it sell?

The new SU-35 (T10-BM) is due 2011ish, it seems very impressive to me, larger fuel capacity , new 117s engine, irbis radar etc.
It seems to me that this 4++ fighter is a serious threat to any fighter up for exporting today, do you think it will be a successful product for Sukhoi?
