Your best first port of call is the Chamber of Commerce who will be able to advise about the specific import documentation that you require for that that aircraft type.
It might constitute a ‘Movement within the European Union’ and all that you might need is an End User Certificate. However if it was originally manufactured outside the EU i.e. Russia then it might become a bit more complicated.

Is it inside the EU or outside?
They’re in Poland so yes… It’s EU.

I already know who’s after this one
You know someone who is after the SU22? If you’re serious can you drop me a PM… I have an idea that could be of interest.
I dont know the going rate for a cockpit… I suppose it’s all relative to availability. What do the forum cockpit owners think. is this a fair price for an SU22 cockpit?

As the UK is now mostly owned by Russians, that shouldn’t be a problem…

How much and also how easily would you be able to export a complete MIG-21 into the country?
Surly it would be an expensive proposition and also a big paperwork excercise?
