How would the SU-30MKI stack up against the Rafale.Both are Multirole a/c. But as Minmiester said in another post the Rafale was concieved as a multirole aircraft from the begining while the SU-30 had a/g capablities added on later to make it into the SU30MKI.
The Su-30 MKI though not yet here due to various integration problems(though it seems they have finally managed to sort things out) is a great aircraft to specially with its western avionics.
How do both a/c stack up against each other in both the air to air as well as the a/g role.
I know it seems kinda silly for the IAF to think about going in for both aircraft but wouldnt it be great to have both.(Money as well as politics is a big factor here ) .
