Do you have any idea how far it is from the terminals to the South Side, Flex 35? 😮

I don’t drive and there’s no public transport over there, unless you count taxis at £10 or more – I kid you not, ladies and gentlemen, £10 or more – one way. You cross the licensing authority border, you see. The drivers can and do charge whatever they like. 😡

The viewing park can be problematic for photography in the morning because the sun is right in front of you.

So, no. 🙂

Nice shots Grey. 🙂

Have you ever thought of going to the Viewing Park or southside and taking some action shots?

Regards

Dont get Elgans point about it looking like an A300, looks nothing like one to me!

Tom trust me, when i saw the 1st pic of it, i brushed it aside thinking it was an A300!
Just my opinion for goodness sake people!

I agree, it looks absolutely superb, as does any a/c in the new Monarch scheme.

The 767 and the A300 are both great looking aircraft, but I’d never confuse the classy 767 for being an A300. And I agree, that Monarch colour scheme looks just as good on that 767 as it does on any other aircraft… well, almost 😉

I’ve seen so much of that Monarch 767 recently and I’m still not tired of seeing it. It’s one amazing looking machine with a fantastic colour scheme. Certainly looks better than what it did three years ago when I flew on it – it was in a Garuda/Airtours hybrid and the interior was looking slightly tatty.

Thanks, chaps. 🙂

Actually, my favourite is the Dragonair B747F – it’s lost a bit through the compression needed to get it down to an acceptable size, but the original is one of the best I’ve taken to date, IMHO. 🙂

Excellent photos Grey. 🙂 The Monarch livery certainly suits the 767. Looks like you had a mixed bag on weather just like i did at LHR today. (Though it didnt rain… it is now though.)

Nice shots once again. 🙂
