Traveled down to MME to see the airshow movements. Here’s a selection of photos I took.

Wonder why the Sea Hawk did not show.
Must say I was quite disappointed that there were no F-16’s this year, shame there was an airshow in Romania at the same time.
Disappointed in the whole show line-up really, I remember when there was alot more, I remember a KLM Fokker, Gill Airways, The Aero Club Fleet, Nimrod and Stealth Fighter. Why could the two FRA Falcons not do something, there are based at DTV.
Also now that the airshow front is now Chav heaven I like to see the aircraft up-close, even if the don’t perform much.
Overall I like to travel futher to an airshow that you have to pay to get in. There are people who want to watch the airshow and not just brats who walk around with a can in their hands. Ok, Sunderland is free so I shouldn’t expect much but it’s been better.

Estimated on local news at over 1,000,000 spectators across the weekend.
I have some show pics which I’ll post in the next day or so.

Great photos, do you mind me asking what sort of crowds you had at Sunderland?, 15,000 at East Fortune, bet you had a heck of a lot more stalls there than we did !!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Thanks for the comments. Yes, only the Spitfire and Hurricane turned up, the Dakota was busy elsewhere.
