Very fine morning at Grey Area’s Grey Area today, spent a couple of hours up the mound (when will they install a chairlift to get there?? phew!!!) where i may as well have been at Glasgow since just about all of GLA’s regs were there!!(some sort of mediocre diddy cup football match by a couple of third rate football teams being held in Manchester apparently:p )
Ended up with wrtong settings (again!) and over-exposed my shots..Photoshop to the rescue……..:

2 firsts for me……
And finally managed to get some shots of a Cathay silver jobby;

Missed the early Russian charters and left before the midday one so no shots of them, which,i’m sure one of the many folk up there will post.
Thanks for looking.

Nice one Scotty, you can get southside by car and only a 2 second walk to the mound (further down to the left from you were) It’s a 10 min drive into the country, mind you don’t know how you would park an Extra Long Sprinter Van there :confused:

Had you been there today there would have been a decent feast of Russian charters.
I regret not taking my camera now today, although not sure on the fence hole sizes and / or rules on taking photos from the staff Car Park!
Great shots though, always nice to see!
