It seems to me that this aircraft is often overlooked. Can you guys explain to me why no one seems to like it. From what I have learned about it, it is a very capable strike fighter in the class of the A-4, Hawk, MiG-21, and F-5. It has a top speed of Mach 1.3 (860 mph) and it doesn’t even have an afterburner. That is pretty good if you ask me. It carries good weapons too especially the AS.30L and GBU-12 weapons. It also has 30-mm cannons and R.550 missile for air-to-air work. In fact, I think an SEM shot down an Mi-8 during Allied Force operations with its two 30-mm cannon. I like the SEM.
