Super Manouvrebility of any use in 10 years time?

(I’m not sure above if the spellings are right ok so just tell me if it is)

so..is it of any use really?? missiles are way more manouverable than these planes….yeah they help but within 10-15 years time avionics and missiles will be way too good for it i guess…you know the days of dogfights are over…so why invest money on it?? specially from a country which has lots of potential for other more effective stuff over long term? and does not have lots of money like west…?

Ok even in a dogfight python-5 type of missiles will do a quick job of these planes…
