Hi
Just wondering does anybody know please of a list of any surviving wartime/post war aircraft that may survive that have connections with Greenham Common when in military use 1940’s, 1950’s, 1960’s.
I understand several C-47’s that did but exactly how many are there also any other types that anybody knows of?.
Any help appreciated.

Aircraft used in chronological order:
Oxfords for pilot training until end of September;
Nov: first Merlin-powered P51Bs for a few weeks;
Jan ’44. P51 Thunderbolts.
April ’44 C47s troopers and glider tugs towing Hadrians and Horsas.
