Swiss Hunter Instrument

Evening All,
This instrument is believed to have been fitted to a Swiss Hunter ‘T’ bird. Can anybody tell me what it is/was used for.

It has four thumbwheels round the outside:-
Top: Black thumbwheel driving the outer scae which is marked ‘Altitude but hm/M’

Right: Green thumbwheel driving the middle pointer (3 O’Clock position in the photo).

Left: White thumbwheel driving the small pointer (6 O’Clock position in the photo).

Bottom: Yellow thumbwheel driving the large pointer (12 O’Clock position in the photo).

There is a single connector and data plate on the rear.

That is an indicator for the Saab BT9 bomb computer.

The language duality with french face and german id on the dataplate certainly implies swiss usage, the data plate says that it belongs to the BT9H which were sold to the swiss, H for Helvetia perhaps?
