SyAF new planes

Hi every one , I just hope this doesn’t turn into an other political fight .
as far as I was able to get from the net , Syria recived 4 SU-27Ps on April 2000 and an other 4 on July while 14 MiG-29s were delivered on june 2000 , any other deliveries ???
and what were those Fulcrums ? were they SMTs ? or just M or C types ?
hope to get an answer soon .
