Sywell Aviation Museum was awarded a ‘Highly Commended’ for the Best Special Project Category at last night’s Northamptonshire Heritage Awards for its new American Hall – being pipped to the post by the National Trust who went on to win Heritage Site of the Year!
This is the second award for the Museum in as many years and reflects the hard work in expanding the Museum not once, but twice in 18 months! To see what all the fuss is about come and visit us – an ideal time would be at Sywell Airshow (Sponsored by Flypast Magazine) on the 19th August 2012 – advance tickets available – Sally B has just been confirmed amongst many more acts….

Cheers mate – mind you if we’d had half the unobtanium in your shed on display we’d’ve probably won! Ha! 🙂

🙂 I prefer ‘informative’ – shameless would be if people on here could vote for the NAM entry!! 😉
Once again, well done for ‘two years running’.
