Iam restoring a 1953, Canadian, T-33 ejection seat for static display and need parts. I am particularly interested in locating the GQ belt assembly as well as the chaff mechanism. Any assistance in locating these parts would be appreciated. I have some extra small seat parts to trade.
I also have a friend who does not have access to e-mail who is restoring both a Vampire and a Lysander for static display and is looking for parts as well. Please contact me and I will pass along the information.
Best regards,

Thanks for the suggestion. I have tried them and they have just about anything anyone could want–a lot of it is new too but most of it can’t be exported out of the country. (i.e. an oxygen hose is O.K. but the hose right beside it for the “G” pants can’t be exported?????) Weird! You pay. It gets inspected and it gets a “yea” or “Nay”. If it is a Nay, you are just S.O.L. for the inspection cost which is pretty hefty.
I know there are other sources out there but they are just harder to find.
Thanks again for the reply.
Best regards,
Lorne

If nothing comes up try Dixie Air Parts in San Antonio, Texas.
