T-34s flying in Europe?

An e-mail from a guy prompted me to ask this question. How many civilian T-34s (A and B models) fly in Europe these days? He thought Spain would be a candidate, and I seem to remember a few were used in Turkey by aero clubs (possibly military ish clubs though).

In addition to the “new” one mentioned by Benno, a quick CTRL+F through EMOOS turns up these:

Czech Republic
T-34B 144115/N7041U based with the warbird collection at Mnichkovo Hradiste

Spain
T-34A E.17-20/EC-GMD with the Fundacion Infante de Orleans at Cuatro Vientos.
T-34A E.17-24/EC-JKM with the Parc Aeronautic de Catalunya at Barcelona/Sabadell

There was a Turkish one flying a few years back, but I don’t think its airworthy any more.

Hi,

Recently my former (Dutch) neighbour imported a T-34B, Bu140725. It arrived in a container at Balen-Keiheuvel, Belgium (EBKH) for restauration.

Regards,

Benno

I recall reading in FlyPast that some were in Spain, but Of don’t know if they were operational or statics.

A nice aircraft by all accounts but expensive to fly since it’s basically a Bonanza with just two seats.
