Couldnt resist posting some photos of our T-6 with the Beech (which is now alfresco) which we put on show for the first time yesterday – 😀 😀 😀
Pleasure to meet up with YAK11 who got the backlot tour and me waffling on for ages…but didnt see any other forumites  (well apart from Andy etc with the Bucc and the usual LPG/Hunter crew…)
Italian Harvard was with me – pretty packed weekend – Leg Ends Sat, Brunters Sunday AM then to Hendon in the afternoon – took the Eyetie back to Luton at 5am today… 😮
We worked like buggery to get the Six finished for the LPG show – heres a shot of Phil Turland doing some work. :diablo: ..(not digitally manipulated)
All the best

Yep – increased fun factor, reduced cost, and it’s just round the corner from her mum’s so I can drop her off to talk knitting while I go and fly. Job done! 😀

Ahhh all is now crear as the Chinese Stirling Pilot say –
Chippies eh? Good work fella – beats that PA28!

I couldn’t complain really – she endured a couple of hours sitting waiting for clouds to lift at Cambridge Saturday morning, all day at Legends including Snapper and his mate ogling her (she loved it really), and then me going off and committing aviation on Sunday morning. She’s also agreed to let me go and learn to fly Chippies, AND she bought the take away last night too. B&Q’s a small price to pay for that lot. (but I ain’t admitting that to her!) 😉

Jeez, sorry to hear that mate – B&Q yuk.
You wuz missed!

Flying from Cambridge to Conington in the morning in the fine (!?!) company of Snapper, EN830, and my son, after which the missis decreed that I’d exceeded my aviation fun quota for the weekend, and it was time to go and visit Messrs B and Q. 🙁

Oh dear Mr Young! 😀 Bearing in mind the wheelcovers, perhaps i should have an Afro?
And where, dear boy, were you yesterday?

I can’t wait to see the wigs attatched to the plane. (Just like you) 😉

The paintsheme is slowly revealing itself. It must feel great to make a first public outing with this project.
Good job TT.
