After a Google search of the above transmitter and receiver , I understand that they were used in Sterlings,Battles,Wellingtons etc.Are there any pics of the various aircraft installations.The Marconi 1154/1155 later replacement seems “fairly common”,but never seen reference to this equipment .

Their is a sketch of the rear cockpit of a Battle, showing the T1083/R1082 in the Aviation Guide ‘ Fairey Battle’ by Ian Huntley. A photo of the T1083/R1082 set up in a Percival Proctor MK1 in ‘Percival and Hunting Aircraft’ by John Silvester. I have a R1082 that came out of a 7sdn Short Stirling.
