The former Gloster/Flight Refueling/Smiths Industries/Flight One hangar at Staverton is being refurbished. Good to see the original structure remaining. http://www.thisisgloucestershire.co.uk/Wartime-hangar-new-glory-days/story-13721422-detail/story.html

They’re lucky to have secured Building Regs approval – I know some locations that haven’t!

It’s the big one nearest to the A40. It was scheduled for demolition earlier this year but the deal fell through. The renovation retains the original sstructure. The original hangars on the north side by the caravan sales are long gone.

Is that the one at the back end by the caravan sales park?
I miss the old T2 where the current terminal is. 🙁
