Tail skid ID

Looking to identify this tail skid. Looks very 1930s 1940s. Metric bolt holes. Bungee attachment. Came from a workshop that worked on a wide range of homebuilts, classic GA aircraft, gliders. Was said to be Grunau Baby but way too high for that.
