Hello folks,
I have seen a tail wheel which I am looking to identify. Unfortunately, I have no photos at present.
The tyre is stamped “Aero” with static conductivety and 4.00 3 1/2.
The hub appears to have AHO DG 23299
Any help would be gratefully received.
Thank you,
TEC

I know they were bought from WW2 stock in large numbers by Slingsby Sailplanes and re-used in sailplanes. The T.30, for one, has them.

I don’t have access to Dunlop drawing numbers I’m afraid.
However the AHO… number is a sub assembly drawing. The actual number for the whole wheel will only have two prefix letters, ie AH…, AC…, AD..
I just thought if you could find that it might help identification.
