Taiwan hails new missile as ‘aircraft carrier killer’
Taiwan is hailing its most advanced missile as “an aircraft carrier killer” on the same day that China began sea trials of it first aircraft carrier.
It looks small to me. Probably not enough warhead to K-kill a large warship.

They can call it whatever they want, it is carried by a ship, a Perry at that,
and a ship won’t ever get close enough to a CBG.
Right right. Won’t EVER get close enough. EVER!!! 😀

Someone has an active sense of humour over there. In keeping with the finest traditions of seeing the 3M80 Moskit dubbed the ‘AEGIS-killer’ etc.

Taiwan’s own defense industry is underfunded and underdeveloped, only very recently have they started to look at it again. I wouldn’t expect much of the missile. Whatever they put out is quite lacking, putting off even the US military.
