Taiwan missile in test

The missile looks like the Kh-31 …… so how much did this missile or say the test of this ramjet in a missile frame gain from the Russian sale of X-31 to the US??

Actually I posted the pic at CDF (around 2002/3 I think)…. 🙂 ….I wrongly captioned it there…..I thought it was a kh-31/moskit sorta weapon…..that naval guy “Snake” at CDF said it was a taiwanese ramjet test……not missile a test but to test their ramjet developments……He gave allot more info on it…….I normally don’t have a clue about what he is talking… 😮 😮 …way beyond my level of understaning….

I’ll try to find it……but it would be burried under ton of stuff somewhere in the CDF threads….
