Talon glide bomb

A few days ago, I posted some information on the US Talon glide bomb in the thread ‘Civilian aircraft in military use’. It’s an interesting programme, but I don’t want to repost the info here.

What remains to be explained is why the customer procured a system from a company that is not an established ‘missile house’.
