Tanker Bomber?

Just a thought. For the minority of countries who want to maintain a long ranged bomber fleet, why not add refuelling booms to allow the bomber to refuel other bombers and escort fighters? Imagine if the RuAF Blackjacks which keep winding up the RAF turned up with fighter escorts.
