Great little film !

They seem to be shooting through perspex, but the video is still pretty good quality.

I flew in a mixed formation for Keith in the summer, and were like fish in a shoal !

Those Chipmunks look as though they are bolted together!

Yer thats a no brainer, Duxford!!

I just didn’t want to presume that that’s all — home of the RAF operational Spitfire 30+ in a line up along with a few non flyers that would be a hela flightline walk !!!! :diablo: :dev2: 😎

I agree with that not bored at all please show more more more :D.

And here is a question/wish/idea how about organising an airshow along the lines of a gathering of Legends and Mustangs style for Spitfires. There must be at least 30+ Europe wide airworthy now with as many veterans as could be gathered the only question would be were to hold it ?

In the LLA Autumn magazine, the new CO, Duncan Sampson says the scheme ‘represents a Hurricane 11c of 34 squadron While serving in SEAC usually flown by F/Lt Jimmy Whalen with his personal insignia on the nose.’

4D-V

What is the significance of these codes. 4D-V.

The RAF Museum (Reserve) Mk XVI RW393 bears the same codes!
