has somebody technical Information about Mig 23 Radar?

My job was to adjust the Engine of Mig-23UB, Mig-23MF and Mig-23ML between 1987 and 1991.
In 2002 I becane sick e.g. tumor (Liposarkom) in the right shulder.

The rason for the Tumor could be radiational contamination.

Now I need special information about the Radar.
For example:

Which kind of tube?
What’s about X-Ray…?

Who has some Manuals of the Mig-23 Radar?
