'Teddy Bear's Picnic' July 1963

I have been going through my Grandfathers logbook’s and have come across a duty he carried out on 25th July 1963 which was named ‘Teddy Bear’s Picnic’

He was flying Argosy XN849 and under the duty column in his logbook he had written ‘Teddy Bear’s Picnic – 6 Runs 50 Troops’……Does anyone here know what this might be to do with? Is that likely to be a code for a particular mission?
