Just back from spending the day at a beachfront bar in Tel Aviv watching the IDF (and El Al) show off their equipment.
Not the best of photos I’m afraid as they were taken on a point and shoot (I knew I should have brought the SLR with me). For most of them I was guessing as I was without glasses and trying to aim through a LCD screen in very bright sunlight. We were given a single pass by each formation every hour apart from the El Al flight who came back about 15 minutes later.
Now where’s that aftersun lotion?

There were some large Telephotos in evidence on the promanade, but wether their operators post here I’m at a loss to say.
