Teletype experts needed.

A mate just dropped by with another piece of “unique” junk he has found under a house many a moon ago.It is an American Teletype unit,the centre disc is about a foot in diameter,two curvrd panels either side.markings have it as “Made by teletype Corp,Chicago USA” and a tag with “DXD4/DTS” riveted to it.patent tag reads “US PAT.1847151 2036059 2183013 2183653 .Will post pics when I get my piece of rubbish camera working or decent batteries.Probably in use prior to WW2…maybe.Cheers guys hope to find a name or use for this monstrosity. 😉
