All I can say is that the media totally, thoroughly disgust me at times. What a nonsense headline.
His emergency manoeuvre caused some of the 146 passengers to panic.
It really does astound me that people can’t believe occasionally the flight deck crew have priorities other than saying “good evening, Ladies and Gentlemen. Thankyou for flying XXXX Airlines, we’re currently experiencing some difficulties…”

Seriously, journalism at it’s very best
The wife read it, and even she was laughing, and she doesn’t know much about aviation.

Terror on aviation forum
Daily Mail slow news day rubish causes pandamonium on popular aviation forum
A report about a BMIbaby go around causes panic amongst aviation enthusiasts.
“I thought I was going to fall asleep” said one menber of the forum
” my heart carried on as normal” said another
Several of the forum members have called for everything to be banned and everybody to be sent back to were they came from
One of the members, C***g attributed the panic to global warming, the weakness of the pound and food additives. “A good clip around the ears and national service, is what they need” he added.
I WILL NEVER FLY AGAIN
