Terrorism

We tend to define terrorism as a form of combat of which we have
real difficulty fighting/combating!
To the PLO, terrorism is the Israeli jets bombing them from ten
thousand feet. Or, the US Navy’s battleships ten miles off shore
of Lebenon sending two thousand pound shells hitting property of
which they value. To us, terrorism is a hit and run attack.

Now, I am NOT saying the PLO is responsible for this attack.

Neither of the victims are able to effectively fight their enemy!
