TFC Beaufighter

Nope, don’t worry this isn’t going to be another ‘when is it ready’ thread, but was just wondering if, when restored, the nose will have the characteristic bulge Aussie Beau’s had? This was for the Sperry autopilot i think, but i believe the fuselage used on the restoration is a British one so it doesn’t have it.

Personally i’d rather see the bulge not fitted, so the Beau could be painted in different colours (I’d love to see a Malta based one), and it looks nicer to! At the moment the restored nose doesn’t have it.
