"TFC's" P-40F

Hi all.

I’ve just been looking through TFC’s blog and kept seeing references to a P-40F. I then searched through previos threads on here for more info but still don’t fully understand who owns this aircraft and what the intentions are for it once it’s finished being rebuilt. Is it owned by TFC or are they just helping extensively with the rebuild? If it is their’s, will it soon be heading to Duxford? Sorry if I’ve just glossed over the answers to the above questions in a rather brief search, but hopefully someone will set me straight.
