Well, I guess you are all aware of my wife walking out on me 2 months ago. TonyT has phoned me every night since. I cannot believe the Law as it stands today. Just one inncident, she came here last Thursday and took a Tea set, Cartie pen, a Leica Camera, and Leica binoculars from the house. Police called, and I havn’t got a leg to stand on, as all the items are classed as “Shared” items.
Last Thursday, even though she is supposed to give me 48 hrs notice to come and collect items, she walks in, and took the items I mentioned. I called the Police, and it’s not theft, ie the items she stole from me.
I went to bed at 12mn, and soon afterwards, I had a tight band of pain around my chest, this was so bad, at 4.45am, I called an ambulance, it, together with a Paramedic in a car attended. It was suspected by all, that a heart attack, or that my anuearism was about to blow.
I was taken to Hospital, and had 5 ECGs taken throughout the day, several blood tests, and a chest and abdominal Xray taken.
Fortunately all waswell. My Consultant, when told what I had been going through this last 2 months stated it was severe stress and anxiety that had caused the pain.
It is , according to my Consultant, my X, knowing about my anuarism, is trying to cause me such stress that it would cause it to burst, and kill me, leaving her with everything.
Moggy phoned up today, and spent over an hour on the phone. I would just say, “Thanks Moggy” for worrying that I had been missed on the Forum.
I was talking to TonyT last evening, and broke down in tears, I had reached the lowest ebb one could reach.
Today, after a good, “Drug” induced sleep, I got up, and have started to get things done. Prior to that, every day, I had said to myself, I would do things next day, then I just didn’t do it the next day,
Having reached the lowest one can get, almost suicidal, I am determined to claw my way back up, as thats the only way to go.

It was the first thing my Solicitor told me t do John, so I did.
As Moggs stated, whilst I was in Hospital, my son got in touch with an old friend, who as his own engineering business. Even though he was doing a big job in town, he dropped everything, and made the gate which allows entry into the rear of the house,safe by fabricating a special locking plate,and he spent £25 on a case hardened steel.lock and also welded all the rawl plug cants, so you couldn’t unscrew the bolts, the gate swings on 2 pins,and he welded two nuts on top of these, so the gate could not be lifted upwards, and off the hinges. It should have cost £150. but many yrs ago, I caught HIS wife as I had caught mine, and went straight round his house and told him, he never forgot that, and he called it even, so there was no charge.It has surprised me just how many friends I have, mainly on the Forum, and many I will never meet.KEY should be proud of Moggs, and all the rest of the Forumites, who have made a very difficult and stressful time, more bearable considering my circumstances. Without the Fighting Fund, I would not have been able to afford a Brief for guidance. I cannot sign off without saying yet again, “Thanks TonyT” who phones every night to see how I am.And MOGGY, I hope when I move, I will be able to have more than a few days fishing.
