The 2nd Amendment re guns has received a lot of replies on the G.D. site.
Congress made their first 10 Amendments, (Rights) untouchable, the other 17 odd are add ons.
IF, We here in Britain could have 10 Laws/Rights, that were cast in stone, and never be able to be changed, what would you suggest.
