The absolutely WORST aircraft of all time, evar?

As something to a snide response to all the “best ever” threads popping up lately, I thought I’d give this one a whirl. :diablo:

What would you say is the most worthless bucket of flying junk to ever somehow make it into service for any length of time? What aircraft when inducted into service actually reduced the capabilities of that air arm based on it’s mere existence alone?
