This week, lets be having your finest/favourite A320 shots. 🙂
3 from me and sadly not overly exciting… all from LHR.

Have you noticed the airline comes from same place as most Man U fans..Asia..:D The reg 9M-AFC i thought 9M-UFC would be more appropriate.

As the one who started the Airline of the Week threads from which these threads have spawned I’d like to add my two cents.
The original limit of 1 Photo for the PIA thread was so largely ignored that I decided to increase the limit depending on the airline for future weeks.
This week we’re looking for qantas pictures so it is silly to have all us Europeans and Americans posting all our A380 and Boeing 747 shots, many taken at LHR with many of the same angle.
One of the things I love about these threads is that we’re encouraging posts from people who don’t normally upload. These threads aren’t about showcasing a.net or jp.net quality photos, they’re about encouraging a community spirit of people uploading shots, regardless of whether or not they think they’re “good enough”.
I’ve been really pleased with the responses to these threads, but if there are 20 posts (???) per page and everyone uploads 5 pictures, that’s 100 pictures to load. And that’s just crazy!
So let’s be polite, and lets not have anyone taking over. I’m 100% with PMN on this, but if you absolutely must post more than the stated number of pictures (and i can’t think why anyone would), at least external links don’t take up too much bandwidth (but i assure you that i’m leaving it to you to choose your best shots, and i’m not clicking on any of these links).
It’s all about self-screening. In the case of the MD11 thread, what’s the point in one individual uploading all their UPS pictures?
I spend a good few minutes picking my best or most diverse shots. As should everyone else. I have 106 A320 shots on my website, shall I just upload all of those?

Jesus …. not to sound horrible and this isn’t aimed at anyone, but … just take a step back and look at how pathetic an argument on a forum can get. There’s hundreds of thousand now orphaned kids in the world who lost their parents in a massive earthquake yet people are sitting on the internet all guns blazing?

That’s called a signature. You’ll notice that many forum members have one – myself included – and a lot of them include links to various photo websites.
Exactly. I guess not everyone is familiar with the signature concept! 😀
It’s funny how the two people objecting to what I wrote are the exact two people posting more images than the rest of us.

Nice couple of shamrocks,im guessing 2007 for the DUB shot?,was the EI in PIK on training or diversion?
Gary. Correct, 2007 was the DUB one. I take it the red diggers gave that away ? The Shamrock was doing a spot of circuit bashing at PIK so it gave me the chance to shoot it with the 225 on one of its circuits.

why does every single post on this forum have to end in a heated Debate!
Don’t know about other Members but really winds me up and spoils it for others

I find this a bit rich coming from someone who has 4 links to his pictures in his every post
