I hope this is a legal post but here goes…
For several years I have been making up my own calendar using my own photographs, adding details of the year’s air displays.
People were quite complimentary about my efforts and suggested that I ought to produce them commercially so this year I decided to look into the possibility. What I found was that, not surprisingly, it was uneconomic for a few and that to get the price down to something that people might pay a print run of a few hundred was necessary.
The question now is to find out who would like one and how much would they pay so I have produced this website to see if there is any interest so please let me know what you think, good or bad, of my efforts and particularly if you would like one. Proof copies can be viewed at
http://johnrieley.wordpress.com/calendar-2011/
and you can leave comments there.
I have no intention of making any money out of this. All profit will go to the Motor Neurone Disease Association.

Speeded up website
In response to a few criticisms I have put a lower resolution version on my website. This should speed up access quite considerably

Sounds good to me – my offer stands. I wonder if the thread will get enough views on here, although it is the most appropriate, I suppose.

Thanks for the quick reply.
My gut feeling was to have a base price less than a tenner. Any extra donations would, of course, be welcome but I would leave that to the discretion of the individual

With all profits going to that particular charity I am definitely interested. As for cost – difficult, but taking account of the charitable donation around £15.
