Going along the lines of the airline of the week thread… maybe try this also – so that everyone can perhaps take part, as some people may not have pictures of the said airlines each week.
So… the 737 – post your best/favourite shot, whatever varient it may be. 😀
Limit of 3 pics per post to try and keep the load time down etc… but if you wish to post more, do so in a new post.
I’ll get the ball rolling with 3 from me, taken over the last few years.
Choosing this was a no brainer, seeing as it could be the only one left in Europe for passenger flights.
I just like the light on this one.
Its nice to see some of the BA 737’s finding new homes – G-GFFG doing test flights after painting at LHR.

Good idea, Andrew! Probably not my favourites as such; I have hundreds of 737 shots so picking 3 favourites is pretty difficult, but I quite like these 3 for different reasons.

Nice shots so far, everyone! 🙂

Here are some 737 shots that I happen to have already digitized and on the computer. Plenty more pics in neg/slide that have not yet been scanned in though.
Egyptair classic in an older colour scheme from 1989. Just about to land on 33R at Athens.
A more up to date scheme and 737 variant at Munich in 2008, but still sporting one of the oldest of the ancient Egyptian deities, Horus, as the logo. Of course!
Here is a 737 variant I am particularly fond of. The 600 looks like a little inflatable plane. Have this Tunis Air one at Bergamo with my compliments.
