According to today’s “Sunday Express” , “The Few” (proposed movie about Billy Fiske) has been scrapped as a result of Tom Cruise being dropped by Paramount Pictures. I wonder if another studio might take over the project (as happened with “Battle of Britain” which was originally a Rank Production before they dropped it and United Artists took over)?

It’s a shame, in that we probably won’t get a film that would otherwise have been a dead cert for release and a decent budget. On the upside, loony-Cruise cops it – fantastic.

Hadnt heard about this before…where they really going to use placenta man as the main lead?
Might be the best thing that happened the idea of TC helping America winning the BOB at the helm of a North American P-14 Spitfury would do my head in!!! hopefully some european will take it on!!!
