With the F3 soon to be replaced in its interceptor/air superiority role and the italians due to return 24 airframes to the UK in 2004, the UK is going to have at least 100 F3 airframes to deal with.
What do you think they could do with them?
perhaps give/sell them cheap to a friendly country in which Britain has interests i.e. Serra lione?
or maybe totally upgrade them to be dedicated SEAD/DEAD aircraft, 100 of those would be a valueable asset to NATO and/or this Eurocorps thing?
What do u think?
