Yes many groups in the Eighth did similar things for individuals who compeleted their tours with the group…be it 25 missions..30 missions or 35…etc. There are also awards for parachuting out of a bomber as well. Looks like Sgt Richardson completed 33 missions and was in the 100th BG. No doubt an award well earned ! Thanks for the picture Papa Lima..enjoyed looking at this ! If you ever get a chance to visit the Mighty Eighth musuem in Savannah, Georgia do so…devoted the Eighth …full of stuff to see.
