Well it all started at a rain soaked GLA, with me waiting for my Bmi ERJ-145 to arrive to take me down south. It came in 14 mins before scheduled departure and left on time after a quick crew change and refuel. Continental 764 in the background was about to leave for EWR.

Ren, I was on standby that day but didn’t get called so no it wasn’t me.
Could that Corsair 767 have still been Britannia’s while doing the Hadj for Garuda, then operating for BY, then sent over to Corsair (possibly another part of TUI?).

My god, that Corsair 763 has already had three airlines operating it this year. Started off at Garuda went to Britannia and now at Corsair. Anyone know why its at Corsair? Or is it just them swapping and changing aircraft as they are both part of the Tui group?
yea Corsair needed the extra capacity – is the a/c now back with BAL now Corsair have the extra A330

Oh aye… here’s the A340-600 model I couldn’t resist buying from the shop at the top of the car park, sitting next to my Aer Lingus A330.
I think I’ll be back for more of these…

Great shots Ren Frew. I have not been to Manchester for years and I did not realise it was possible to get such close up shots and from a beer garden as well – it does’nt get much better than that!!!

Ren,
absolutely superb shots! as usual! The viewing park is also good, I went there in the morning and that’s where I took most of my shots which were shown on another thread.
All in all a good day.
