Is the Manchester get together in July 10th still happening ? I’m definitely going as I’ve requested a day’s annual leave from work.
I’ll be flying from GLA on the 1235 Bmi service arriving MAN at 1330, then returning on the 1830 to GLA. I’m all booked up now for £59 return with http://www.travel4less.com.
If knowone else turns up at least I’ll have a nice day wandering around with my camera.

Wey Hey, finally back on-line, had a small internet problem.
Thanks boys for a top day out, me and Mike enjoyed it. Not had the pics developed yet, gonna go back and finish the film. I was also a victim of the rath of the A330 engines, losing just under half a pint. Best pics posted soon, keep an eye out!

Pretty sure I got a cockpit shot of the Zoom pilot’s waving at us ? The CSA 737 crew gave us a thumbs up as well. Off to the developers on Monday, unless I can find a one hour photo shop in Kinross. 😀

Well I guess I got home second from the Scots lot. It was a great day out and good to put a face to the name. Had a small treat ended up flying out on a Dash8. Mind you after flying in on an Embraer and seeing I dont know how many today anything would have been good.:D
PS Ren the misses asked if I had been drinking of course I said no and blamed it on your spilt pint on my jacket.:D 😀

Great day out, arrived last and left on a BMI ERJ135 at half six. went to Safeways and home by ten past eight.

To all the guys going to MAN today. There has been a very serious accident on the M56 in Manchester this morning and consequently the M56 is currently closed near the airport. Apparently seven people have been killed. They were all on board a minibus heading for the airport. Sad news indeed.
This is going to seriously hamper my efforts to get there today but I will keep those attending informed of my progress by mobile.

OK… I’ve PM’d the numbers of those who supplied them to the others that supplied them.
The proposed meet up time is at 1300 in the T1 cafe. Unfortunately having checked my tickets, I’m not landing til 1330. So unless you guys wait for me, I’ll catch you up.
