the morality of being on the other side of the fence

a few people have recently spoken about how high the ticket prices are and that they sit outside the airfield to watch the display. I am not sure how other people feel but one thing is for sure. If we all made that decision, there would be no airshows. If people feel that the ticket price is too high, then don’t go. Or , as a compromise, send a cheque to the organisers for a smaller sum.

I would also imagine that having a group of people sitting outside the confines of the airfield (and perhaps near the threshhold) does create extra safety/security burdens for the organisers.

I totally agree and my definition of close to hand is within 30 minutes walk as is my local airfield anything more and I’d get tickets

morals

for airshows that are close to home its ok so long as u know what u r doing. For ones further away go inside.
