The Next Generation Fighter

I know, I’m rashing. The 4th – 5th gen aircrafts are (the most) not even yet operational!
But what do you think the next generation aircraft sould/would be like?

Aerodynamics – manoeuverability/agility
Engines
Stealth tecnology
Sensors
Weapons
tactics
pilots or not ?
